Job summary

Ardent Staffing Solutions seeks an RF Test Technician in Wilmington, MA to perform hands-on RF and electrical testing across component to system levels. You will support hardware validation, calibration, and repeatable RF testing while collaborating with engineering and production teams.

The role requires 5+ years of RF/electronics testing, experience with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and RF instrumentations, and the ability to read schematics. On-site environmental and lab work expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics/ RF tech required.
• 5+ years hands-on RF/electronics testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with RF measurements at K-band or higher.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot RF components, PCBs, modules, and systems.
• Conduct RF measurements with VNAs, analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, meters.
• Follow test plans and validate new designs/hardware revisions.
• Troubleshoot using schematics and RF diagrams.
• Document test data, failures, and results.
• Support prototype/system bring-up, calibration, and automation scripts.
