Job summary

You will perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies and boards, document data, and support continuous improvement with production, quality and engineering teams. You will follow work instructions, use test equipment, and ensure products meet stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions and task confirmation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
• Strong work ethics and reliability; eager to grow and learn in the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
• Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Document accurate data records and results in test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
