Job summary

Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking an Advanced Technology Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, aligning technical teams and client stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is organized, decisive, and a clear communicator, comfortable guiding multi-team IT efforts and reporting progress to senior leaders. Remote work is supported within specified locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management experience, including leading technology implementation or modernization projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans.
• Identifies, tracks and mitigates project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinates the work of developers, database staff, testers and other technical team members.
• Serves as the main point of contact for client stakeholders on project status and decisions.
• Prepares status reports, briefings and project deliverables.
• Manages change requests and keeps project documentation current.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities

Compensation: $106,198.56 - $117,998.40 yearly
