Job summary

Computer Technologies Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Kenner Army Health Clinic (KAHC) at Fort Lee, VA.

The role leads IT project execution, manages risk, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical services on-site. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of progressive IT project experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and PMI/PMP or ITIL 4 Foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMI, PMP, or equivalent.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of progressive IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT project execution, service delivery, and mission support operations.
• Serves as the primary local Government POC for project performance, risk management, and communications.
• Provides local leadership for project governance, resource integration, and successful execution of mission objectives.
• Oversees the administration of network, user accounts, and end-user hardware.
• Leads cross-functional technical teams to deliver integrated solutions that support mission readiness and customer requirements.
• Ensures compliance with contractual requirements, DoW policies, cybersecurity standards, and organizational objectives.

++Required Years of Experience (min)++

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency

++Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas++

• Experience managing IT projects supporting DoW or other Federal organizations, including project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and service delivery
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating project resources to deliver critical IT services while serving as the primary interface with stakeholders
• Experience serving as a central coordinator for service delivery across multiple support areas, ensuring service requests, outages, and hardware requirements are prioritized, tracked, and resolved to support continuous operations
