The role focuses on gate processes, budgeting, and proposal development, requiring a DoD Secret clearance and strong leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 8+ years of engineering experience, plus PM lifecycle knowledge and EX conditions like CAM/EVMS.

As a member of the AT Advanced Surface Integrated Sensors (AISS) team, this position directly supports the Deputy Director of AT-AISS in the management of the AT business. This is an onsite role and can be located at one of the following Raytheon locations: Tewksbury, MA or Portsmouth, RI. What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience
• Experience in Contract Research & Development in areas such as new business capture, proposal development, technology evaluation, program management, technical contribution, or related contract development experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• MS in Engineering, Sciences, or Management
• Program Management Certification or knowledge of PM lifecycle
• Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project and Documentation management sites such as Sharepoint
• Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
• Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS)
• Experience in obtaining Intellectual Property on emerging technologies
• Experience leading Internal Research & Development project
• An active secret clearance is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve good results across multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a team environment and effectively direct, influence, motivate and supervise team members

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
