Salary Range: $32.27 - $48.41
Candidates residing out of state will need to be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

The ideal candidate for supporting the M365 Collaboration Team will have knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications. They should be skilled in analyzing issues and providing effective solutions to ensure seamless collaboration. Excellent communication and training skills are essential to empower team members to utilize M365 tools efficiently. This role involves fostering a collaborative environment by leveraging expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomes and optimal use of Microsoft tools.
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Participates in the design, implementation, support, testing, and administration of SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and other new tools presented by Microsoft. Uses industry-standard software development techniques, tools, and frameworks to support and troubleshoot issues related to web platforms and websites. Provides customer education on website content creation and modification. Supports the implementation of new technologies to enhance business processes and objectives.

The IS Infrastructure department maintains a robust, agile, and secure IT infrastructure supporting SHS's business objectives, including data networks, voice, Windows and Linux servers, data centers, endpoint management, enterprise operations, and automation.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
