Akina Inc. in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst (SA2) to implement, troubleshoot and maintain complex IT systems. The role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, monitors operations, and resolves issues across servers, storage and networks on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate has five years of SA experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to work in a TS/SCI environment with polygraph requirements. Salary ranges from $154k to $189k annually.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of SA experience in programs of similar scope is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and daily operations.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Monitor and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix and Windows systems and network components.
• Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
