Job summary

ASEC, Inc. is seeking a Training Expert - Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) to support the development and delivery of Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO) training.

Based at NAS Whidbey Island, WA, this on-site role focuses on training SIGINT analysts and instructors while coordinating curriculum and courseware with Navy schedules. You will create training material, lead classroom lectures, and develop MAST scenarios for fleet use, while researching intelligence sources to close training gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related technical experience.
• SIGINT SME with airborne SIGINT collection or TECHSIGINT watchfloor experience.
• Operational experience with JSP, RF3 and MPTOD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO).
• Instruct SIGINT classroom lectures and coordinate courseware.
• Develop MAST entities and scenarios for Fleet use.
• Maintain technical data for training simulations and support upgrades.
• Research ISR-related missions and provide training recommendations.
