You will respond to alarms, perform internal investigations, and assist multiple departments to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; EMS certifications are a plus, with a clean driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; ability to write routine reports.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff and the ability to respond to safety requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advanced First Aid to guests, staff, and residents.
• Respond to fire, burglar, and environmental alarms.
• Prepare internal investigations and reports.
• Coordinate requests for other departments as needed.
