Skytop Lodge, Inc in Pennsylvania is hiring a full-time Security Officer responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. You’ll patrol the area, document incidents, and assist in emergency situations.
Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, valid PA driver’s license, and must pass background checks. Great interpersonal skills and prior hospitality security experience are preferred. Training in standard safety protocols is required.

Maintaining the safety and security of all guests, homeowners, employees, and physical assets of property.
Walking for extended periods of time, bending, stooping. Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds. Must be able to hear and see well with corrective devices if necessary.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays and alternate shifts. Work takes place on all locations on the property, and in all kinds of weather. Hiring for full-time only.
Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens; disorderly or disgruntled guests, uninvited visitors, and/or employees; criminal activities in progress. Exposure to inclement weather, including slippery or icy driving and walking conditions is also part of the job.

Good interpersonal and administrative skills, a refined ability to communicate both in writing, orally, and good judgment. Must possess valid PA driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
High school graduate, Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Training in 1st Responder, CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens and AED required.
Preferably some hospitality security experience and knowledge of basic first-aid.
Knowledge of fire and safety regulations pertaining to hotels.
Must be a team player, service orientated, flexible, trustworthy, organized, and able to work under pressure. Must maintain a professional image representative of property.
