Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques. This role requires substantial field experience, data analysis, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Candidates will lead inspection scopes, mentor junior staff, and interact with clients and engineers to ensure mission-critical objectives are achieved with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced NDE methods and field execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and engineers.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and validate objectives.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure development.
