Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods.

The role targets experienced professionals with strong technical backgrounds across inspection modalities, leading scopes, and delivering precise data-driven results. TEAM’s Advanced NDE group uses cutting-edge technologies to minimize downtime and improve asset reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain TWIC or similar site access.
• Valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screening.
• Existing NDT certifications preferred (II/III level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques in accordance with TEAM procedures and codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and objectives.
• Mentor junior technicians in field setups and data collection.
• Contribute to scan plans, procedure development, and qualification reviews.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to site protocols.
