Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned case load and responds to emergent patient needs as part of the respiratory care team.
• Performs respiratory care procedures and ensures interventions are protocol- or LIP-guided.
• Monitors patient status and collaborates with the LIP on treatment plans.
• Documents patient care activities in electronic health records.
• Contributes to performance improvement initiatives and staff training.
