Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in the United States seeks an Advanced RBT to deliver intensive 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work with a clinical team, contribute to data collection, and help implement individual treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs and therapists.

This full-time role offers paid training, benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth toward BCBA certification, while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of RBT experience and direct 1:1 therapy delivery.
• Exceeds duties with data collection and ABA knowledge.
• Willingness to lead and train other therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive 1:1 therapy under supervision.
• Assist in training a team of therapists and staff.
• Complete and maintain RBT credentialing.
• Assist with data collection and treatment integrity checks.
• Lead groups and supervise staff during shifts.
• Prepare materials and documentation as needed.
