Lighthouse Autism Center in Mount Pleasant, IA seeks an Advanced RBT to provide intensive 1:1 therapy and support to the clinical team. You will apply ABA principles, train therapists, and help ensure quality services for children with autism.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of RBT experience, a high school diploma, and a drive toward BCBA certification. This full-time role offers paid training, benefits, and a collaborative environment focused on positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an RBT.
• Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Accurate data collection and reporting.
• Implementing behavior protocols and FBA/BIPs.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and data collection procedures.
• Flexible, creative, and strong time management skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to train others.
• Willingness to pursue BCBA certification.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive 1:1 therapy to clients.
• Train and supervise a small team of therapists.
• Maintain RBT credentialing and participate in supervision.
• Assist with program materials, data, and paperwork.
• Support staff training and client-specific treatment plans.
• Attend external trainings (CPR, CPI, etc.) and maintain certifications.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Clinical Director.
• Ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes for clients.
