ACE Partners represents a cardiovascular medical device company investing in early-stage innovation. They are building an Advanced R&D team focused on interventional devices, offering visibility to leadership and a chance to shape future projects.

The role is front-end innovation, translating unmet clinical needs into working concepts, prototyping in the lab, and presenting findings to senior leaders to influence which ideas move forward.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, biomedical or related engineering.
• Hands-on R&D experience on catheter-based or interventional devices.
• Early-stage development experience (concept, prototype, feasibility).
• Comfortable presenting to physicians and senior leaders.
• Electrophysiology or structural heart experience is a strong plus.

Our client is a cardiovascular medical device company investing in early-stage innovation. They’re growing a dedicated Advanced R&D team focused on interventional devices.

About the role

This is a front-end innovation role, not sustaining or line-extension work. You’ll take unmet clinical needs and turn them into working concepts, prototyping in the lab and working closely with physicians. You’ll have visibility with R&D leadership and a real say in which ideas move forward.

What you’ll do

• Generate, prototype and test new interventional device concepts
• Work with physicians to identify and understand unmet clinical needs
• Run early bench testing, feasibility studies and concept evaluation
• Present concepts and findings to R&D leadership
• Help shape how a growing Advanced R&D team works

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, biomedical or a related engineering discipline
• Hands-on R&D experience on catheter-based or interventional devices
• Early-stage development experience (concept, prototype, feasibility), not just verification or sustaining
• Comfortable working directly with physicians and presenting to senior leaders
• Electrophysiology, structural heart or other interventional cardiology experience is a strong plus
