This role involves providing analytical support to the Quality and Program Management teams, focusing on improving product quality during development. The AQE will develop quality control objectives and work on production approval packages.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as an Advanced Quality Engineer or related role.
• Experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop Prototype, Pre‑production, and Production Control Plans.
• Conduct capability studies and document results.
• Coordinate preparation and delivery of PPAP packages.
