Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior project or construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 required.
• Must communicate, investigate, solve problems and identify solutions.
• Must have experience with standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools.
• Able to coordinate multiple, complex requests/projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, input, and analyze schedule information quickly and reliably.
• Generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects.
• Research and reports on external/internal factors impacting project success.
• Evaluate processes and recommend changes to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Report schedule variances to project managers and the Director of Project Controls.
• Attend planning meetings with stakeholders to build relationships and ensure proper inputs.
• Familiarize with engineering, construction, and procurement processes to review schedule durations and logic.
• Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the timeline.
