Job summary

You will support the middle to finishing end of the manufacturing process, maintain safety standards, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met. The role requires training-based advancement, capability in troubleshooting, SPC concepts, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 100 credits of internal manufacturing-related training.
• Endorsement from direct supervisor for a promotion.
• Positive rating related to Safety, Performance, Dependability and Collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment and manage materials to manufacture photovoltaic modules.
• Perform advanced maintenance, address higher-level alarms and interface with factory computer systems.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
• Monitor process data and alarms, escalate issues with clear communication.
• Maintain inventory and waste disposal, ensure readiness for next shift.
