Qualifications

• Certification in AIB 'Science of Baking' may be included.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain continuous flow of materials and verify product quality.
• Complete required documentation and system entries accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow sanitation requirements.
• Operation of facility metal detectors if trained and certified.
