Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, seeks an Advanced Process Operator to safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for blending and packaging. You will coordinate production activities, support other operators and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.

The role offers base hourly pay between $22.00 and $25.00 with premium shift differentials.

Qualifications

Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
Minimum of three or more years manufacturing/process experience.
Forklift certification is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor equipment used to prepare, blend, process and package products.
Verify materials are accurately measured and added in the correct sequence.
Monitor batching systems, controls and gauges; identify and address operating issues.
Coordinate workflow and communicate production and Quality Control instructions.
Train and provide day-to-day guidance to Process Operators as directed.
Maintain accurate production records and promptly report safety or quality concerns.
Monitor equipment performance and assist maintenance with repairs and adjustments.
Adhere to MAPEI’s BMS, environmental, health and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
