MAPEI Corporation is seeking an Advanced Process Operator to safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for preparing, blending, and packaging products. The role includes coordinating production activities, supporting other operators and troubleshooting process issues to meet production, quality, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three or more years manufacturing/process experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods; overtime and shift hours required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used to prepare, blend, process and package products.
• Verify materials are accurately measured and added in the correct sequence.
• Monitor batching systems, controls and gauges; identify and address operating issues.
• Coordinate workflow and communicate production and Quality Control instructions.
• Train and provide day-to-day guidance to Process Operators as directed.
• Maintain accurate production records and promptly report safety or quality concerns.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist maintenance with repairs and adjustments.
• Adhere to MAPEI’s BMS, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As an Advanced Process Operator, you will safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used to prepare, blend and package products. In this experienced operator role, you will also help coordinate production activities, support other operators and troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure production, quality and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used to prepare, blend, process and package products.
• Verify materials are accurately measured and added in the correct sequence.
• Monitor batching systems, controls and gauges; identify and address operating issues.
• Coordinate workflow and communicate production and Quality Control instructions.
• Train and provide day-to-day guidance to Process Operators as directed.
• Maintain accurate production records and promptly report safety or quality concerns.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist maintenance with repairs and adjustments.
• Adhere to MAPEI’s BMS, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Specific Details:

• Base hourly pay rate between$22.00 and $25.00 p/hr, based on experience.
• Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.
