Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Hayward, CA seeks an Advanced Process Development Engineer to translate customer wafer-fab requirements into robust cleaning, coating, and contamination-control processes for semiconductor tool chambers.

You will lead DOE experiments, define process windows, and develop qualification plans while collaborating with fab, yield, and supplier-quality teams to move lab concepts to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or equipment environment preferred.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with contamination control and cleanroom protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own development programs for precision cleaning, coating, and contamination-control processes.
• Translate customer requirements into part-level specifications and qualification plans.
• Lead DOE experiments and data analysis to establish process windows and control plans.
• Collaborate with fab, yield, contamination-control, and supplier-quality teams.
• Transfer lab processes into production with PFMEA, control plans, and SPC.
