Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Process Development Engineer to develop, qualify, and industrialize next-generation precision cleaning, surface treatment, coating, and contamination-control solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

This role connects client wafer-fab requirements with Pentagon's lab and production capabilities. The candidate should have experience in leading cross-functional teams, translating process challenges into scalable service processes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related technical field.
• Five or more years of relevant semiconductor engineering experience.
• Strong process integration mindset across fab modules.
• Experience designing experiments and analyzing data to inform processes.
• Experience with contamination control and change control.

Responsibilities

• Own development programs for precision cleaning, coating, and contamination-control processes in semiconductor tooling.
• Translate customer requirements into part-level specifications.
• Lead DOE-based experimentation and data analysis to define process windows and acceptance criteria.
• Develop qualification plans and technical packages with risk assessments and final reports.
• Serve as technical interface across fab, yield, contamination-control, and supplier-quality teams.
