Millennium Physician Group, LLC in Florida seeks a Nurse Practitioner, General / Primary Care to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in ambulatory settings. You will exercise independent clinical judgment within APP scope and collaborate with physicians under a physician–collaborator model.

You will evaluate and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, perform procedures, order tests, and educate patients to promote preventive care and healthy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's-level clinical training.
• Nurse Practitioner licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications and preventive services.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostics.
• Perform office-based procedures (minor wound care, incisions, injections).
• Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty care and other providers as clinically indicated.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and self-management.
• Document encounters in the EHR and maintain compliance with standards.
