Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Controls Technician for our Ohio facility. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to critical production equipment, analyze faults, and work with supervision to ensure safe, reliable operations.

This role requires 5+ years in maintenance, knowledge of electro-mechanical control systems, CMMS experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and collaborates across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance, facilities, or field.
• 3+ years with electro-mechanical control systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to communicate in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or perform independently corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and improve motion control systems and electro-mechanical systems.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; follow 5S and safety policies.
• Provide data entry and record keeping for work orders and safety sheets.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Identify optimization opportunities for maintenance processes and cost savings.
• Participate in cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance.
