Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking Advanced Practitioner Level 2 clinicians to join our urgent care teams. You’ll provide autonomous, high-quality care, serve as a clinical resource, and mentor newer clinicians while collaborating with lead providers and physicians for safe, efficient care.

This role emphasizes leadership, onboarding, and improving clinic flow, with opportunities to influence patient outcomes and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA or FNP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification: valid by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory setting.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to patients across the lifespan.
• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain competency across all urgent care clinical services.
• Mentor AP1s and new providers; support onboarding and team development.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinic flow and provider efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical guidelines.
