Job summary

American Family Care Ken Caryl in Littleton, CO, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver primary and urgent care within the scope of training and board approval. The APP will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high patient satisfaction at the franchised location.

Candidates must be licensed as a PA or NP, be board certified (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA), and able to multi-task and work independently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with staff, patients, and families.
• Professional demeanor and appearance required.
• Board certification by ANCC/AANP/NCCPA preferred.
• Active and current PA/NP licensure in the practicing state, DEA number, and state CS certificate as required.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take complete health histories and review records to develop medical assessments.
• Order labs, imaging, and diagnostics as appropriate.
• Diagnose and refer patients to appropriate facilities and resources.
• Provide emergency measures and stabilization as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care and health promotion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
