Responsibilities

• Night shift hours: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with opportunities to work alongside an experienced and collaborative hospital medicine team.
• Seeking Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (AGACNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with a minimum of one (1) year of inpatient, hospital medicine, acute care, or critical care APP experience required.
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient care, including patient assessments, admissions, cross‑coverage, medication management, discharge coordination, and clinical decision‑making.
• Participate in rapid response and code support, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and ancillary services throughout the hospital.
• Practice in a high-volume inpatient environment, helping manage approximately 300 patients overnight in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
