Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for inpatient palliative care delivered via telehealth. The role includes training in person at a Utah hospital, then remote practice enterprise-wide with evening and weekend coverage.

You will join a team focused on quality of life, symptom relief, and family support, while meeting credentialing requirements and maintaining licenses in Utah and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience in specialty medicine; palliative care preferred.
• Active Utah, Montana, Colorado, and Idaho medical licenses, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

About This Role

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Inpatient Palliative Care, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• Training will be done in person at local Utah Hospital, then you will practice remote


• Your hours will be evenings (4p-10P) and weekends/holidays (10a-6p) (46 hours per week)


• 7 days on and 7 days off


• You will provide telehealth inpatient palliative care coverage for all Intermountain Hospitals, enterprise wide

What You’ll Bring

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Hourly Rate

$57.33 - $88.47
