Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to cover both Family and Internal Medicine clinics in the Salt Lake Valley as a full-time float. Position based in West Jordan, UT. You will support multiple clinics, covering leaves and vacancies with strong mentorship and leadership opportunities.

Relocation up to $7,500 may be offered. Requires PA or APRN licensure, board certification, and DEA/CSSA eligibility; BLS already expected.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V and Federal DEA II–V.

Responsibilities

• Cover Family Medicine and Internal Medicine clinics in the Salt Lake Valley.
• Float across 25 buildings to cover leaves and vacancies.
• Mentorship, leadership opportunities and program support.
