Role Description The Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) in General and Vascular Surgery will provide comprehensive care to surgical patients in collaboration with the physician team. This full-time, on-site role in Green Bay, WI includes conducting pre-operative and post-operative assessments, managing inpatient and outpatient follow-up, and assisting with surgical consults. Daily responsibilities involve performing history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and providing patient and family education. The PA/NP may assist in procedures, support perioperative care coordination, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the surgical service. The role requires close collaboration with surgeons, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, timely, and patient-centered care.
