Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking a board-licensed PA or NP to provide urgent care services at multiple locations. You will create individualized, evidence-based care plans, perform procedures within the standard of care, and prescribe medications as appropriate.

The role requires independent patient management, strong confidentiality adherence, and accurate EMR documentation in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.

Qualifications
