SSM Health’s Madison East Endocrinology team is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA) to join 5 physicians and 1 peer APP in a fully outpatient clinic setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours with no nights, weekends, holidays or call. The office offers dedicated rooming staff, a diabetic educator, nutrition services, and a structured orientation with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin.
