SSM Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA) for our Madison East Endocrinology clinic. Join a team of 5 physicians and 1 peer APP in a fully outpatient, daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You’ll work with dedicated rooming staff, diabetic education, and on-site imaging and pharmacy in a multispecialty setting. Qualifications include graduation from a nationally accredited PA program and the ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin.
