Salary Range: $113,506.00 To $170,269.00 Annually

An Acute Care Medical Provider is needed for day shift to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation … one person at a time.
This position will be based at the new and innovative acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023.SummitStone has the privilege of partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture.We provide comprehensive and collaborative care to individuals in crisis with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
The advanced practice provider (PA or NP) will provide professional services in the evaluation and treatment of clients at our acute care facility. The primary focus will be rounding on clients admitted to our crisis and/or detox units.
