Qualifications

• Must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by one of the listed boards.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues.
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

Education

Active U.S. license

Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; NCCPA for PAs)
