Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care for patients through assessment and diagnosis.
• Obtain medical history and conduct physical exams; develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines; order appropriate tests.
• Administer medications and immunizations with physician oversight.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement and patient education.
