Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Current, valid PA license in the state where practicing is required.
• CSRC registration (DEA) required; BLS certification preferred/required within specified period.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for patients with assessment and diagnosis.
• Obtain patient history and perform physical exams.
