Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care using assessment and diagnosis processes.
• Obtain patient history and perform physical exams.
• Develop and implement treatment, follow-up and evaluation plans.
• Order tests and interpret results; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and safety.
