Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine team in Toledo, OH. You will work 7p–7a, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for adults 18+.

Collaboration with a large team of MDs and APPs supports comprehensive, evidence-based care. This role emphasizes patient education, preventive care, and management of acute/chronic conditions in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP applicants.
• ACNP certification for NP applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care for adults in Internal Medicine.
