Job summary

UF Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider III to deliver direct patient care in a subspecialty outpatient and/or inpatient setting in Florida and/or Georgia. The APP III will work under a physician's supervision and provide advanced patient care, including education and care coordination, with a focus on complex cases.

The role requires a Master's degree as an NP or PA, APRN/PA licensure in Florida/Georgia, and BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Master's degree as NP or PA program required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical services under supervision of a physician licensed in Florida/Georgia.
• Performs/assists with high-complexity procedures in clinic or inpatient unit and may manage pre/post-operative care.
• Formulates comprehensive health plans for high-acuity patients and documents care in medical records.
