Qualifications

• 1 year of ER/UC experience preferred outside of clinical rotations.
• DOT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete and detailed health histories and develop medical assessments.
• Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy.
• Interpret and analyze patient data for management and treatment.
• Provide health care instructions to patients.

Skills

Excellent communicator

Able to multi-task and work independently

Education

ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified

Active PA or NP licensure in Virginia

DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate
