Qualifications

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified with 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active and current licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
• Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute referrals.
• Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status and management.
