Sentara Health is seeking a full-time APP (NP/PA) to join Sentara Palmyra Medical Associates in Charlottesville, VA. You will provide outpatient primary care to patients across all ages, working closely with three physicians and a large support team in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

City/State Palmyra, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Primary Care Overview: Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Palmyra Medical Associates in Charlottesville, VA. Join a collaborative, patient-centered Family Medicine practice where your voice matters and your work truly makes a difference. In this full-time outpatient role, you’ll care for a diverse patient population across all ages while working alongside experienced physicians and supportive staff who are committed to delivering high-quality, community-focused care.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours of admin)
• 14-16 patients/day
• Collaborative practice with 3 physicians, 1 nurse practitioner, and 10 support staff
• A dedicated mentor assigned, who provides ongoing guidance and practical support, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into practice
• Minimal Call schedule – every 8-12 weeks – 24-7 nurse triage team used first

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
