Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive interventional pain management in clinic and ASC settings.
• Perform advanced procedures including spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, DRG and restorative neurostimulation, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, sacroiliac and facet interventions, epidural and sympathetic blocks, and regenerative therapies.
• Build evidence-based, individualized care plans and follow patients over time to track function and outcomes.
• Work alongside experienced NPs and PAs, medical assistants, and front office and lab support.
• Contribute to clinical research and quality initiatives to advance the specialty.

About the Opportunity

A physician-led interventional pain management platform is adding a Pain Management Physician in Austin. This is the group's original and deepest market, with a multi-site clinic footprint across the metro and surgery center access built into the practice rather than borrowed from a hospital.

For a proceduralist, Austin is the market with the most runway. The referral base is mature, the metro is one of the fastest-growing in the country, and the clinic density means you are not building a panel from zero. You are stepping into established volume with the infrastructure already underneath you.

The clinical model centers on individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans that reduce pain, restore function, and minimize reliance on opioid medication. The procedural mix spans the full interventional spectrum with real depth in neuromodulation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive interventional pain management in both clinic and ASC settings

Compensation

• Base Salary: Fully guaranteed, based on experience - First year
• Year 2 with be a Base Pay plus Production-Based RVU Model
• Looking to continue growing

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
• Would consider a Pain Medicine Fellowship and Board in other specialties
• MD or DO with an active license, or license-eligible with willingness to obtain one
• Strong procedural proficiency, particularly with implants and advanced neuromodulation

• Excellent communicator who works well inside a collaborative physician and APP care team
