Job summary

Pain Partners of Texas, PLLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/NP or PA) to join our Bee Cave/West Austin team. This is a clinical role in interventional pain management, working closely with a physician in a one-to-one model.

We offer a compensation range of $100,000–$125,000 per year based on experience, plus performance-based incentives, and a full- or part-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and CME support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/APRN or Physician Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted Texas APRN/NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA and Texas DPS registrations, as applicable.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Eligible to practice within the Texas scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain.
• Obtain histories and perform physical examinations.
• Develop assessments and treatment plans with physician and care team.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and management of established patients.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient messages and calls.
• Maintain compliance with medical, insurance, regulatory, and state requirements.
