Position Overview:

Theoria Recruiting Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter to join our remote team. You will identify, engage, and place top-tier Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities across the country. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare staffing.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified NPs/PAs for various employment types
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using job boards, databases, outreach, referrals, and social media
• Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and interest
• Coordinate interviews and manage the process through to offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Collaborate with the client services team and offshore sourcing centers
• Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare standards
• Provide excellent experience to physicians and clients

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3+ years in healthcare staffing or recruitment
• Success in high-volume, metrics-driven environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of licensing, credentialing, processes
• Experience with university and college partnerships
