Job summary

AZ Pain Doctors in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with no nights or weekends, opportunities to expand clinical expertise, and collaborative care with experienced physicians.

You will conduct evaluations, review imaging, diagnose and manage pain conditions, develop treatment plans, order tests, educate patients, document in EMR, and

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses.
• Previous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred.
• Pain management, neurology, spine, or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• EMR proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
• Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
