Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Spine, Pain, Anesthesia & Neurology
Orange City, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient
At Pain Relief Centers Alliance, you'll work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative outpatient practice dedicated to treating spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions. What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage patients with spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including imaging and laboratory testing
- Prescribe medications and other therapies within your scope of practice
- Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, and other pain management interventions (training available based on experience)
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and long-term care plans
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous APP experience preferred
- Experience in pain management, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, spine, or another related outpatient specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with EMR documentation
- Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Requirements

- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills

- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
