Symphony Spine, Pain & Neuro Alliance in Orange City, FL is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for an outpatient spine, neurology, and pain management role. The position offers a collaborative physician-led environment with opportunities to expand procedural skills and patient care capabilities.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, perform procedures, and document in EMR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Experience in pain management, neurology, spine care is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records and documentation standards

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and exams
• Diagnose and manage spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans with physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including imaging and labs
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope
• Perform in-office procedures (e.g., injections)
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment options
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care

Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Spine, Pain, Anesthesia & Neurology

Orange City, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient

At Pain Relief Centers Alliance, you'll work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative outpatient practice dedicated to treating spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions. What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage patients with spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including imaging and laboratory testing
• Prescribe medications and other therapies within your scope of practice
• Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, and other pain management interventions (training available based on experience)
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and long-term care plans
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and specialists to provide exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous APP experience preferred
• Experience in pain management, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, spine, or another related outpatient specialty preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Experience with EMR documentation
• Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
